My little jacket has arrived safely...it is way too hot to wear it but as everybody else I can t wait for the autumn season to wear my new finds!>>>

 

worn with la redoute linen shirt, gap jeans found on ebay for 4 pounds and Dune shoes and jerome dreyfuss old LOUIS  bag,old peacock earrings...I can t help but love  coordinating my shoes and bag sometimes I blame my education....I m old school

 

when reading VOGUE I saw that velvet is making a come back just as well I bought this comptoir des cotonniers top last year then...VERY 20 S shape >>>

ESTORIK MUSEUM

  Just around the corner from our house we have discovered a  lovely museum....

The Estorik collection showcases modern  italian art, it has 3 lovely Modiglianis,  it was a private collection turned into a museum.

On the ground floor you can find exhibitions of italian architecture ,but these days they are presenting a MISSONI workshop/exhibition curated by Luca Missoni.He will come for a conference on 12th of september.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

However today we just wanted to enjoy the shade of the garden while sipping lovely expressos and tasty cakes.

ETSY DITSY FLORAL

I have been dreaming about this Isabel Marant Liberty padded jacket or the short sleeve bolero for a while now after seeing in the Diverse shop on upper street, way over my budget though...

then there was the Kate Moss for TOP SHOP version which sold out within days as most of them are now on ebay way over priced...

so I got tired of staring at these on ebay for 2 months now ....so I went  to Etsy the vintage section, ...I never give up!!!

and there was this one I put in in my cart then I realised the seller would not ship outside the US ARGGGH I am DOOMED DOOOOOOMED....

But I kept searching and found a better one even as in Black which was my first colour choice so grand total of 30 euros delivery included!!!!I am  a very very happy bunny!!!!

I m still trying to find a way to actually make  aversion of this bolero and boots myself!!!

HAIRCUT ON SHOES

In the past I have had many horrid experience cutting my own hair and fringe , but that has not stopped me from using the scissors again... this time on  a pair of  innocent URBAN OUTFITTERS shoes.I had  acrush on these last summer and got carried away during the sales and bought 3 pairs,2 in beige and 1 in black, but somehow the long fringes in black did not look so great on my ultra white legs....

So I cut all the fringes, cut some stripes of liberty fabrics and tied them along the main string and now I love them! credit crunch home couture!

then as you do when you are pleased with yourself I tied some more fabric in liberty and black around an old necklace....

ahem! I think I will get bored of this one pretty soon

I  went to the PURE fashion fair yesterday to have  a look as they kept sending us emails and I thought maybe I can find new customers to sell my textiles to, it was kind of depressing weird mixes of brands, from uber saint tropez bimbo to ,ascott style cocktail dresses and in the middle very few nice brands,so to cheer me up on the way back I went to Zara to check the last sale items...

AND there she was my new fav dress and the price in in the title ahaha I should have got 2 of them as I can see I m going to wear it  a lot , summer, mid season, winter...it s cotton with 3 different prints and boutis chest detail...
